To ensure the beef is still frozen when it arrives at your home, we package it in an insulated freezer filled with several pounds of dry ice. We have more than twenty years of transportation experience and have perfected our transportation system

We believe that flash freezing our wild protein within hours of processing gives you the freshest, highest quality and safest food possible.

How is my order packed?

We are a small company that takes your order very seriously. We do not use a fulfillment center. First, Glenn picks each piece of beef that is boxed, personally checks the quality of the beef, weighs each piece of beef, and ensures that you get your money's worth out of your order. Then, your order is forwarded to one of our associates, who double-checks the quality and weight of each piece of beef to make sure you receive all the product you ordered. Another assistant at the ranch will then pack your beef order, wrap it in recyclable paper, and place it in a recyclable insulated cooler. Donay will then print out your labels and make sure your order is packaged correctly before handing it off to our designated “ice man” for the day. Whoever it is will attach the label to the box and tape the box shut. Your order will then be loaded onto a UPS truck for shipment!
